When it comes to leadership, Kevin Cosper has mastered team building, goal setting, and driving results. He has a student mentality, and also encourages that habit in his team. Kevin recently stated “I want to teach everybody everything I know. I love helping people, so I will continue to push to help everyone around me reach their goals”. That mindset of going above and beyond for his peers and team has been an essential element in his promotion to the management team.

Kevin’s competitive drive started at a very young age, which was seen in and off the sports field, he said he enjoys that the Oryx Nashville environment helps push him to be the best daily. The office atmosphere at Oryx is fueled with friendly competition with a very driven group of individuals. Kevin mentioned he felt that standing out as the leading pacesetter is the challenge, but one he readily accepted. Kevin plans on maximizing his remaining time in the Oryx Nashville office by continuing to grow both professionally and personally, utilizing unbelievable coaching alongside co-workers that do not let you fall below a certain standard.

Oryx Nashville recommends discussing hobbies and you spend your downtime as a way to get to know a colleague, client or potential friend. We asked Kevin what he liked to do outside of work and he enthusiastically responded “Anything outside! Any chance i can throw a ball around, take a hike, get out on the water, or just be near water, Im a happy guy!”
